CCESSIBILITY FOR ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
This course will introduce and explain the standards that fully support the implementation of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). It aims to spread awareness and advance full participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of life.
By the end of this course you will be familiar with AODA and its applications, recognize the benefits of accessibility standards to all Ontarians and be able to identify the accessibility standards for customer service.
